Kelsey’s Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 Pound Small Potatoes or Potatoes cut into 1-inch chunks
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Central North Carolina Style Seasoning, Rub & Sauce Mix, divided

Instructions:

1.  Preheat oven to 400° F

2.  Wash and pat dry the potatoes

3.  Place potatoes in a shallow roasting pan

4.  Add the oil to the potatoes and stir the potatoes to coat

5.  Sprinkle half of the seasoning on the potatoes

6.  Roast the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes, or until softened

7.  Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with remaining seasoning
